Privacy & your data

• You control research use. You can use Teloma fully without consenting to research. Research consent is opt-in and you can withdraw at any time.
• De-identification. Before any research export, records are de-identified (HIPAA Safe Harbor) and researchers never see identified data.
• Access & audit. Caregivers and clinicians can reach your record only through an access grant you control. Every view and change is logged.
• Security. Data is encrypted in transit; production runs on enterprise-grade, HIPAA-eligible infrastructure with encryption at rest. We do not co-mingle, sell, or train on your data.
