Research exports
Generate Safe-Harbor de-identified exports from consented patients — logged as EXPORT events.
Research exports are how consented, de-identified records leave the identified store. The de-identification pipeline strips/generalizes the 18 HIPAA Safe-Harbor identifier categories before anything is written to the export.
Only patients with active research consent are included. Each export creates a ResearchExport row (scope, method, row count, storage key, status) and writes an EXPORT audit event.
