Clinician summary
A one-page restatement of your record for a visit — generated, deterministic, downloadable as PDF.
The clinician summary is a generated, one-page restatement of the recent period of your record. It lists your diagnosis, current treatment and response, severe symptoms and side effects in the period, new labs/scans/medications, hospitalizations, open questions, and documents that still need clinician review.

Step 1
Open Summary
Go to Summary in the sidebar.
Step 2
Pick a period
Default is the last 30 days. Pick a different window if you want.
Step 3
Generate
The API runs the deterministic builder. The summary is saved as a versioned ClinicianSummary row you can re-open later.
Step 4
Download PDF
Print or take it to your appointment. The PDF is built with reportlab on the API side.
Deterministic, by design
The summary contains only what you entered. It does not interpret labs, score the diagnosis, recommend a next step, or estimate prognosis. If you removed an entry, it won't be in the next summary you generate.
