What Teloma is

The product in one page — what it does, who it's for, and what it deliberately doesn't do.

Teloma is a cancer journey observability platform. It supports any cancer type and gives patients, caregivers, and clinicians one organized view of the journey — diagnosis, treatments, biomarkers, symptoms, labs, imaging, documents, questions, and a timeline that ties them together.

Teloma is built around three uses: (1) help patients and caregivers keep the journey organized day-to-day; (2) hand the clinical team a clean, factual summary at a visit; (3) optionally and with explicit consent, let de-identified data support cancer research.

Who it's for

  • Patients — track your own journey, share with your care team.
  • Caregivers — log on behalf of a patient who granted you access.
  • Clinicians — read a patient's structured, patient-reported context before or during a visit.
  • Researchers — work only with consented, de-identified data.
  • Admins — operate the platform, run public data-bank connectors, monitor the audit log.

What it deliberately doesn't do

Hard product limits

Teloma does not diagnose, rank or recommend therapies, dose medications, predict individual outcomes, claim to cure or prevent cancer, or replace your oncology team. The clinician summary is a deterministic restatement of what you entered — not interpretation. Research outputs are research-use-only and require clinician/scientist review.

If you need urgent help, call your local emergency number. Teloma is not for emergencies.
