What Teloma will not do
The hard product limits, written out plainly.
Teloma will not:
- Diagnose a cancer, a subtype, a stage, or any other condition.
- Recommend, rank, suggest, or substitute a treatment.
- Dose, re-dose, or hold a medication.
- Tell you a result is 'concerning' or 'normal'.
- Predict an individual outcome, survival, or response.
- Claim to cure, prevent, or detect cancer earlier.
- Replace your oncology team, your EHR, or 911.
These limits are baked into the codebase: the clinician summary is a deterministic restatement of entered data; the AI narrator has a system prompt + output filter + deterministic fallback so unsafe text can't reach users; every research surface carries a research-use-only banner.
