Researcher — using the Data Bank
Find the right public source for a question, then drill into datasets and trials.
- Open /research/data-bank.
- Browse Sources to see all 15 registered sources and their access level / license / cancer coverage.
- Open Datasets to see what's been catalogued under each source; switch to the Cancers tab to browse by cancer type.
- Drugs / Combinations / Trials are useful entry points when you have a specific drug, combo, or trial query.
- Ingestion jobs show the run history of the live connectors (cBioPortal / GDC / ClinicalTrials.gov).
Heads up
Connectors are metadata-first. To get patient-level controlled data you still go through the host (NCI dbGaP, etc.) with IRB + DUA.
